Description

To achieve all the natural-looking patinas and textures on this fountain, it was pounded with a variety of hammers, run back and forth over it with a tractor, twist it into weird contortions and shoot it with special pellets. Then heat it quench it and hit it with chemicals and washes of color...just to get the "look". Afterwards it's covered with optical Lexan so that it will look that way more or less forever.

* PLEASE NOTE * This fountain is designed and hand constructed by very skilled and experienced artists. Therefore, each fountain is unique and will not look exactly like what we have pictured on our website. It will be very similar, and it will be quite spectacular. With this being said, once your order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Each order can take up to 6 weeks to receive since all order are made upon request. Your complete happiness is very important to us at Pond & Fountain World. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases within ten days of receipt of your products, you may return your purchases to us for a refund or exchange. Shipping on the original order is non-refundable. 
Pond & Fountain World will handle warranty claims for most products purchased from us "In-House", so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer.

All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and excludes any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product. 

How to return merchandise: 

Within ten days of receipt of your products, Simply call 1-502-245-8575 during these hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST), and a customer service representative will assist you. We will gather some basic information from you and issue a return number. Merchandise should be placed back into its original packaging for return shipment. 

All returned products must be clean, include all parts and returned in original boxes for refunds to be given. If returned used, the product must be clean and in good working condition. Cords must be intact. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on some products and under certain circumstances. The average restocking fee, when there is one assessed, is 10-15%.
Unused portions of bulk items (such as pond liner, underlayment, tubing/hose, etc.) can not be returned for any reason.  Please refer to our complete Return Policy section for more details.
